Primary Workshops for Schools

African Dance Workshop

Our African Dance workshop will leave the children with a lasting impression and a spring in their step.

During this highly energetic workshop, we will fully immerse the children in the experience by teaching them some of the different traditional African Dance moves native to this wonderfully vibrant and diverse culture. Our amazing African Dance costumes can be included in the session free of charge but are subject to availability. We can cater for a single class or multiple classes so whatever your requirements, we can create a workshop to suit.

Our African Dance workshop is delivered all year round but links perfectly with Black History Month, International Day, Cultural Week and Arts Week.

For more information on our African Dance Workshop, give us a call on 01536 265432 or email us on [email protected].

Workshop Performance

Workshop & Performance

Workshop Sessions:

Up to 8 sessions

During a typical day-long workshop, Primary Workshops for Schools can work with up to 30 children in a session and deliver 6 sessions, stretching to 8 if required. Costumes can be included in the session free of charge but subject to availability. The workshop can then end with a performance from the children during which they can showcase the moves they’ve learnt throughout the day and develop in confidence.
