World War One and World War Two Dance Workshop

Explore the vibrant dance styles of the World War I and II eras with our engaging and educational World War One and World War Two Dance Workshop.

Perfect for a unique way to commemorate Remembrance Day or enhance your history curriculum. Our workshop offers a unique and lively way to connect with history, enhancing understanding and appreciation through the art of dance.

We can cater for up to 8 sessions of 30 children per day, each focusing on a different dance style from the World War I and II eras. Each session can focus on a different popular dance style from the WWI/WWII period, including Swing, Foxtrot, Charleston, Lindy Hop, Tango, Waltz, Jive and more. Conclude the day with a captivating performance by the children, showcasing what they’ve learned.

Workshop Sessions:

Up to 8 sessions

Primary Workshops for Schools can deliver up to 8 sessions during a school day with 30 children accommodated in each of the sessions. This workshop will be themed around the popular dances of the era, and each of your classes could learn a dance to display during an end of day performance.
